New Horizons Care is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our care team. You will provide high-quality, person-centred care while supporting individuals to maintain their wellbeing, dignity, choice, and independence.

Responsibilities
  • Provide safe, compassionate, and person-centred nursing care
  • Assess individual health and support needs
  • Administer and monitor medication appropriately
  • Maintain accurate and confidential care records
  • Monitor changes in health and wellbeing
  • Work collaboratively with families, carers, and other professionals
  • Contribute to individual care and support plans
  • Support individuals with complex care needs
  • Promote dignity, independence, and quality of life
  • Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and clinical procedures
Qualifications
  • Registered Nurse with a valid NMC registration
  • Relevant nursing qualification
  • Previous experience in a care or community setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Compassionate, reliable, and person-centred approach
  • Good understanding of safeguarding and professional standards
